Tarcisio Ximenes Aguiar Junior

I was born in Recife, Brazil. My mother Sylene A Ximenes was a college professor  and my father Tarcisio Ximenes Aguiar was a successful businessman. They taught me honesty, integrity and loyalty. Ten years later, I moved with my family to Fortaleza, Ceara, a brazilian state where my traditional  "Ximenes  family " came from  and  the most of my business would develop.

In my freshman year, one of my professors taught me the logic of mathematics and inspired me to start my first business, a tutoring service for struggling math students. At the age of 16 I enrolled in the university of economics, and taught math classes for my classmates. I also joined the law school that I left. 

​

I had  challenging experiences, and I learned the real meaning of "entrepreneurship", resilience, overcome daily challenges, never give up. "I believe that God created us with special talents and with a specific purpose of life." Be creative, communicate effectively, recognize our limitations, never give up and overcome obstacles with self-motivation and the thought that God is in total control of all things, of all people and does everything for our good.

After serving as an intern in tourism field, I decided to start my own  tourism company. I chartered jet-planes and organized trips for young people visiting Walt Disney World, Orlando, Fl.

After getting my tourism business off the ground, I looked for other business opportunities and I traveled to an archipelago of islands on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean called "Fernando de Noronha." I developed the project for sustainable development of local tourism. I developed  "Vacation Homes" (hostel), restaurants and contributed founding a regional airline company. "Our business created thousands of jobs, generating 17 millions  of income for the island's native population."

 In 1998, I founded the "Cruzeiros Club," chartering and operation of cruise ships from Europe to Brazil.  In 2001 I founded a media and film producer company. I developed a Travel Tv show on Brazilian Television.

Motivated by my success developing the travel, tourism and hospitality industries, and with the growing demand for vacation homes in Brazil, I founded our real estate development company in 2002. 

 

With the real estate crisis in the United States in 2006, I discovered a new business opportunity in the sale of properties in Miami to our Brazilians  investors.

 

Throughout my professional career, I served on the board of directors of the main professional associations in Brazil and Europe, gaining prominent positions in leadership, and was unanimously elected as the President of the largest and most important international association of entrepreneurs and business owners of tourism and hospitality of the world, Skal International. In four years as President of Skal International, I was able to travel and lecture on the tourism and hospitality industry in several European countries. I received awards such as Skal Club of the Year, Skal Major Delegation in International Congresses, Skal "President of the year award", as well as prizes for leadership and public acclamations throughout Brazil and South America.

In 2013 my father passed away, I decided to move to the United States to study English as a Second  Language and do a master in international business .

2013 I founded the company Ximenes Real Estate Investments LLC, specialized in  investment properties and assets management. 

2015 I founded Freeway Tours Corp.- Freeway Vacation Homes, specialized in vacation homes, condo hotels property management.

2015 My son was born in USA.

 2016 I founded Florida way Development LLC, specialized in tourism developments and construction.

 2018 I founded NSA-Neymar Soccer Academy, Soccer school to  youth future champions.

 2019 I was elected The President of ABC- America Brazil Council | www.americabrazilcouncil.org

 2022  I graduated  Master in Law -LLM at FMP -RS - The Foundation College of Law,

Superior Ministry of Public Affairs of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

2024 I graduated Emotional Inteligence & International Business Coach | Integral Sistemic Coaching member at The Brazilian Federation of Coaching
